WE'RE BACK!

Yuuuup... we're officially back from our trip.
Masih capek bok...pleus mata sulit terbuka lebar, padahal udah masup kerja hari ini.

All in all, it was fun and our budget is in the right track. Saya tracking semua pengeluaran kita selama disana, moga2 roh pemalas saya gak kumat dan sanggup merangkumnya di satu posting sendiri.

Our highlight from this trip is SENTOSA ISLAND. Yang bilang dateng ke Universal Studios itu biasa aja pasti ga tau caranya seneng2 *evil grin*

Lain kali kalo trip kesana lagi mau beli bagasi 40 kg ah.. trus muterin IKEA Tampines & Alexandra sabtu minggu trus pulang lagi *macam orang kebanyakan duit saje awak ni*

Dan, karena kita (baca: saya) orangnya sangat amat narsis sekali...silakan menikmati foto berikut.

Quality Time

Temen saya yang rumahnya di bekasi pernah ngebela2in minta di antar jemput sama suaminya naik mobil demi bisa dapat Quality Time ngobrol berdua suaminya. Temen saya itu ibu dengan 1 orang putri masih balita, dia merasa kurang punya waktu ngobrol dari hati ke hati sama sang suami. Terakhir2 sih dia nyerah karena waktunya jadi gak efektif dengan kemacetan Jakarta yang super edun ini.


Bagaimana dengan saya & Nana, yang notabene belum punya anak tapi jam kerjanya di luar normal? saya biasa pulang antara jam 7-9 sementara Nana lebih malem lagi.
Waktu saya tiap hari ketemu Nana biasanya cuma pagi, kalo dia gak bawa mobil sendiri,kami berdua naek kereta. Gak mungkin kita ngobrol dari hati ke hati di kereta, bisa di denger orang segerbong.

Kadang kalo saya males naek kereta dan waktunya memang cukup Nana mau nganterin saya ke kantor naik mobil. And that will be MY quality time. Why it's only MINE and not OUR? Karena disaat Nana nyetir, saya dengan cantiknya tidur disamping pak kusir yang mengendarai kuda.

Hahaha...sorry baby, I just can't stand to prolong my sleep duration.

Singapore Tripzilla

Okay, it's April, it's our wedding anniversary month, it's time for us to relax, pack our things and go travel.

So, where to go?
Singapore it is.

How's the preparation?
Well as usual, Nana doesn't have time to make a research about place we're gonna visit. Me in the contrary, read a lot, browse a lot, and peek many forums to gather various information. I'm not an OCD person, but I'm a "mereki" person indeed :D
I mean it's our holiday, once in a year, we've already spared our time and money. Who doesn't want a smooth and unforgettable holiday anyway? *kick Nana*

Anyway, I shouldn't have to be overworried since there are soooo many information about Singapore (their tourism is awesome, all information is just one click away) and I've also been there before (well 1 day visit is fine you know XD). All you need is time and eagerness..

Our trip is from 22nd 'til 25th April. Sadly Nana still has to work at Monday (25th)so we have to catch the first flight *yawn* . Basically we only have 3 days there.

Let's see my trip update here:

- Ticketing is all set. ( We fly with Air Asia and return with Jetair. Viva budget airlines! *komatkamitsemogagakdelay*)

- Acommodation The Inn Crowd Hostel, Alhamdulillah, we're still lucky to get the private room at this hostel not fully booked. It's my bad not to book earlier. I'm eyeing this hostel actually. Screw the black out date! Oh why we choose hostel? because Hotel rate in Singapore is insane, even for budget hotel! In term of "Mereki" above, we I insist to save our money for a luxury part in ikea, uniqlo, ruby, and sephora. *evil chuckle*
All hostel recommendation I got from @claudiakaunang book "500 ribu keliling Singapura" . Recommended!


- USS. Yes, we're so Indonesian..and we're so not gonna miss the famous Universal Studio. Though I read many bad reviews from bulays in trip advisor, i have to prove it myself by dragging my ass there. I bought the ticket from Brilliant Tour (Indonesia Tour & Travel) for a cheaper price than the website. Due to black out date, the ticket price rise from 66SGD (normal weekend price) to 77SGD. I've bought the ticket (ticket only, no promotion/voucher) for 71SGD (E/R Rp6.915/SGD). I can't say it's a good price because I've read that if you bought USS ticket there you'll get a 5SGD discount voucher for F&B and 10SGD discount voucher souvenir. But, if you went there on weekend many people recommend to buy ticket online via USS official web or via tour to avoid you from long quequeing or worse.. running out of it.

- Song of The Sea (SOTS) and Luge & Skyline. I'm thrilled cause there're many good reviews in Trip Advisor..hope we can manage our time and not miss them.

- Singapore Flyer. We haven't decided if it was value for money. Not many people write about this object in their journey to Singapore. The ticket price is 29,5SGD, right now, there's 10% discount of if you booked via website.
If you really wanna see Singapore from the highest view, the alternative is Marina Bay Sands with 20SGD entrance fee .. For me it's not cheap also..hahahaha...
But wait, @claudiakaunang mentioned in her book that theres HDB called Pinnacle@Duxton. Its 50th floor is opened for public with entrance fee 5SGD only (payment using EZ Link).

- Walk till you drop. I plan to visit Singapore landmark as much as I can. It's still be my homework to find the best route, estimate the time and budget. Check www.gothere.sg, it'll help you lot!!

- Shop..shop..and chop! Ehm...I'm a woman, how can I resist from its temptation? I make a note to myself that items we'll going to buy should be item that isn't exist in Jakarta. Clothes or electronics is way cheaper in our homeland..so don't waste your money there.

Errr...quite a long post i guess. Enough for now, will give you quick update if a had a chance!

RUSU (H) NAMI

Ceritanya pengen banget punya aset di Ibukota Jakarta tercinta, sampe bela2in nguras tabungan yang cuma segitu2nya untuk beli bangunan kotak super mini yang ga nyentuh tanah.

Long story short, setelah dimulai awal beli tahun 2008 dan jadi 2 tahun kemudian akhirnya "sarang" kecil mungil kami selesai di furnished.

Pengerjaan furnishing pun sempet molor 1 bulan dari yang harusnya waktu pengerjaan hanya 2 bulan dari awal kontrak. Sempet ngotot2an sama konsultan design interiornya dan berakhir dengan damai :D

Hasilnya, as expected walaupun pas kita terakhir ngecek masih ada perintilan yang gak rapih..tapi karena waltu ngeceknya ada si tukang, kita tunjuk2, langsung diberesin ama mereka.

Nuansa interiornya coklat, biasa banget. Tapi yang kaget waktu liat wallpaper ruang tamu..kenapa warnanya pink muda ya? Kata suami di kertas perjanjian emang saya milihnya itu. tsk..tsk..masih ga habis pikir, what's on my mind back then.

Alhamdulillah, minggu ini mau dibenah2in..di pel, dilap2, biar bisa ditempatin atau disewain. He3...

Masih ada beberapa item yang harus dilengkapin nih (updated):

- Kulkas (mari kita hunting kulkas murah)
- Tabung Gas, minjem ama developer (aliran gas kotanya blom jalan cyiiin)
- Tvtinggal angkut dari rumah,
- Dvd Player, penting! buat nonton dvd korea. Muahaha.
- Karpet ruang tamu, dan karpet buat di kamar tambahan.
- Keset,
- Bantal, guling, sprei
- Kipas angin (AC ruang tamu gak terasa sampe kamar -_-" ) Ternyata terasa bo! gak perlu deh beli kipas engine :))
- Alat-alat kebersihan
- Gantungan baju kamar mandi
- Gantungan buat sapu dan pengki, Pel mah ga usah bergagang..ribet! wong tempatnya seuplik
- Groceries!

Yak sekian, kalo udah rapi kita mau selametan dulu..kecil2an aja mengingat maksimal isi rumah 7 orang, itupun udah menjajah kamar :D Tapi yang penting di doain deh, biar selamet dan berkah. Abis itu kita mau undang beberapa temen buat dateng (kaya pada mau dateng ajah :P ) untuk house warming.

Now it's been two years baby. Of course there isn't always up, but the down part bind us even stronger.
