Banana Oat Pancake

Ngebatesin makan manis itu sometimes malah bikin jadi sugar high.
Punya oven tapi belom pernah praktek baking karena takut kebablasan.

Browsing-browsing eh dapet ide bikin pancake gluten free dan sugar free. Udah sempet nyoba bikin 2 kali, tadi pagi nyoba lagi dan rasanya lebih ok dari yg pertama. Nah biar gak lupa ditulis aja disini:

Dry ingredient:
1,5 cup rolled oat
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
- Use blender to mix  dry ingredients


Wet ingredient:
2 ripe bananas (I used cavandish banana)
1 tbs honey
1 cup milk
1 egg (or you can use 2 white eggs)
1 tbs coconut oil
- mashed bananas and whisk with wet ingredients

mix dry and wet batter all together.

Panaskan panci (teflon lebih baik), kasih sedikit butter (or can skip it if you use nonsticky pan), tuang adonan pake ukuran sendok sayur, jaga panci supaya tidak terlalu panas agar adonan pancake tidak gosong (biasanya setelah batch ke 3) :)

It's good like that. You don't need additional topping, but if you insist you can always use honey and butter.
